Meet Sandy
I have been a licensed clinical social worker in California for over 20 years, working as a clinical social worker in a community-based hospice as well as multiple palliative care teams.
I have supported many people and families through many kinds of transitions including illness, grief and loss. I also know first-hand the mental health struggles of professional caregivers as I have held both clinical and leadership roles in healthcare organizations and have special interest in supporting you.
I have been blessed in my life to have been introduced to various spiritual and integrative healing wisdom practices. My parents, mentors and other teachers have given me grounding that has deeply informed my journey. I enjoy a regular mindfulness meditation, somatic, and ancestral connection practice that deeply inform my work.
I currently live with my wife in the San Francisco Bay Area.
